Cancelation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellation: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost. If the hotel cannot accommodate the confirmed reservation, the Hotel can help by providing an alternate and similar accommodation and is not liable to pay any compensation/damage.

· Group Bookings: Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 7 days in advance.
Additional Information:
· Refunds: Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.
· Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, festivals, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (city sold-out dates, festivals, Christmas & New Year's) are non-refundable and non-changeable. Dates between 20th December to 2nd January are considered blackout periods and bookings made under this period are non-refundable.
